will take short position only if price break and close below blue line.price already trying to break green line,which is early warning price may go down further.its a waiting game for now.otherwise 80 % probability that price may reach median green line

SAMA on the bid again. Shouldn't last too long. I still expect a strong bearish sentiment until such time that the talking heads say something encouraging.

Possible risk events for today:
1. Announcement re formation of coalition government in Greece.
2. Comments from talking heads re Spain bank bailout.
3. Spanish bond auction.

Curious how much the SAMA is trading which kept the move up last time. 1 Billion? Do you have aguess PT?

I have no doubt they have lots of zeros , nobody doubts this. But I just wonder how much could move the market up during London session

now back to where we were yesterday 1.257, that was a fast 48 pips drop and I missed it again
Maybe next move up i will short again (if it moves up again)

No guess. How much they are buying is not something you can quantify and on top of that there is no direct correlation between how much they buy and how much price goes up. That all depends on supply/demand and also how much others are selling. Their goal for buying is not to drive price up but rather to re-balance their foreign currency reserves. I wrote a piece about it last week which I shall post below...

Here's the logic behind it...
Over the last few months since the leading economies put sanctions in place against Iranian oil, Saudi Arabia has been picking up the slack and supplying more oil. Oil is priced in USD so their foreign reserves became unbalanced towards USD. Therefore in order to re-balance, they have to dump dollars and buy Euros. In the end, when their foreign reserves are balanced again, the bidding will stop or slow down. In conclusion, this is not a sustainable move. Will they be done today? tomorrow? early next week? I don't know, but when they are done, we will all know. Just watch the E/U pair and it will become very evident.

Spain said to delay audit results to September from July

Obviously the results really suck the big banana.

That's as bearish as you can get. After yesterday's comment that the Spanish banks could need around 150 Billion, it's no wonder as that number was not received well at all. I say the number is much higher than even that and that is why they have delayed till September... hoping to buy more time until they figure out how the hell they are going to get out from under the giant elephant.
