To be honest US debt is greater.We are way more broke.EU has greater potential to recover then US.
As long as we have Obama US won't recover but accumulate more debt.Soon or later we should recognize that one can't spent what one does not have!
Fact is Obama is bad for business simply and I just don't buy anymore liberal left crap which once I was part of it.
Debt is not a bad thing, "all" business,s survive because of debt, once a debtor has accumulated enough debt, he suddenly becomes a liability to the lender, hence the lender when originally lending, held all the cards, the debtor was in fact submissive to the lender, if he didnt pay, the lender would acquire all of the debtors gaurantees, be it property, land etc, whatever the debtor put up for security for the original loan,
however, once the debtor has been allowed by poor banking process,s or economical melt down, eg 2008, the debtor suddenly holds all of the cards, because the lender has to try to help the debtor to stay afloat, to have any chance of getting the original loan paid off,
This what has happened to greece, italy, spain, portugal, etc etc etc,
they have accumulated more debt than they can cover with any security.
aka economic growth.
So the debt bonds held by Germany France etc, suddenly are not worth the paper they are written on, therefore the money used to cover the debts, now becomes also a double debt.
a clearer example is a company runs up enormous debts, declares bankrupcy and walks away, they milk the loaned funds, huge bonus,s for executives, golden hand shakes, off shore accounts, unsecured assets, bonds whatever and only has to pay 10cents in the dollar for the original loan
presently we have whole bloody countries doing this bs,
greece has already declared they cannot pay the 1st relief package, so they were given, another truck load, again they declared they could not repay the 2nd relif package, another truckload, again cant pay back, guess what another truckload go figure, of course all the other countries, immediately lined up requesting releif, ireland truckload, the othe day spain offered truck load, guess who for, the fuk banks who created the fuk mess in the first place,
This bs has got so blatant, spain hasnt even declared how much relief they want or need, and these dumbass,s still offered truckload of cash,
how long you think germany etc etc can keep pouring truckloads cash into fuk bs abyss, it is like snow ball that is now out off control
US is also in big mess, but mainly by their own doing, they still world base currency, they only have to fix their own shit mess, if they stopped running around fighting everyones bs war, savings alone there would right their ship.
world dominance used to be by might, now it is oil and gold, zimbawee proved this, huge oil and mineral wealth, but through similar bs political practices, their currency is virtually worthless, they didnt even have enough room on the notes to print the zeros, they statrted using to the power of ( instead of a 10 000 000 note they started to print 10 7 (cant type little 7 but you get the point) a loaf of bread costed 25 000 000 z $
anyway the point is good business is not financial management but debt management

I closed all positions to have a nice weekend with peace of mind. It is very boring day,totally waste of time. eur/usd doesnt worth to take any risk for weekend. Whatever will be will be
. It may go below 1.2590 and it cannot go over 1.2540 as i seen. Whoever take any risk for weekend i say good luck! you need it a lot!
