Who's buying this turd of a pair???

The latest reports are that the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) has been the major culprit on the bid in EUR/USD yesterday and today.

Many countries buyed Gold at ~1750, after a drop from 1900+
BUT, that didnt prevent drop to 1530. So, what are others doing... well everybody can do with their money what they want.

True they have the resources to hold the Euro up, but don't believe for a minute that they are doing this to support the Euro. There is no incentive for them to do so. Their bids on this pair are quite simply due to re-balancing of foreign reserve ratios.

Here's the logic behind it...
Over the last few months since the leading economies put sanctions in place against Iranian oil, Saudi Arabia has been picking up the slack and supplying more oil. Oil is priced in USD so their foreign reserves became unbalanced towards USD. Therefore in order to re-balance, they have to dump dollars and buy Euros. In the end, when their foreign reserves are balanced again, the bidding will stop or slow down. In conclusion, this is not a sustainable move. Will they be done today? tomorrow? early next week? I don't know, but when they are done, we will all know. Just watch the E/U pair and it will become very evident.

argh, this pair is really starting to bust my pair
fuck it, moving to another pair if it continues to range like this.
I wish I could scalp it within the range, but am stuck with a big position @ 1.2590

Let's assume that agenda behind this crisis is fiscal union.
1. Now ECB is buying bonds of countries and giving loans to the banks who has bought bonds.
2. Once fiscal union is about to be created ECB can use those debts as a carrot, since once they join, loans of banks are traded to bonds and bonds are forgotten when they join to union.
3. Dept burden of countries will drop remarkably and countries credit rating don't matter anymore.

As long as crisis in on, ECB is buying them out and in the end crisis is solved, with a fiscal union what Germ's has been after for long time now.

Simple logic mr Spock....

we just had a 30m bearish divergence, and 4hr is pretty much overbought

take your medicine and close half before it turns into a mess, really depends on how over leveraged you are but thats why i never take large position without VERY tight stop loss

spanish yields rising almost 7% now, euro dumping, got part of my short from 2604 still and another at 2562
