If I run data thru linear model and then analyze output to contruct apropriate parabolic forecast with some backtest it just cant be true. Technical levels are elsewhere.

By the way why traders usually count on SMAs as supports or resisances? In mahematical terms SMA is just average value over given period, so vast majority of data shall be within its deviation bandwith.
In NY time it has tried to break 1.2615 four times and it failed. It should failed again there is no reason to break above that. It will go down.

its consolidating to go to 2816.5 and or 2962.. the only thing that will stop it is euro zone crash

They dont have to pay when they own media. What you have mentioned capital tends to be accumulated at all circumstances. But these days even big accounts bleeds, hedge funds are loosing (usually pension funds) I can see it on fathers portfolio since mid 2011 in red... because some extremely intelligent manager told my father that euro will go up (so his portfolio is in euro) and that bonds and treasuries of southern europe are good ... since then 5-10% loss, with no perspective going green again.

F***ing Chinese. But the best part is 2600 has not come and probably everybody knows the news now. so it should have been a 100 pips rally in my opinion. Its starting to frizzle out at 87. also the americans might not want the overnite moves to trap them bcoz they were rite in selling it.

I don't see the rating agencies cut China's ratings why?

maybe but below 82 and above 78 the next h close. to me may is a setup for a bull.. to make a close in the next h or 4h above 2662. i dint know what it will do.. but its normal and its going whats needed. 80/81 would be good enough.. but below 81.9 to be preciser.. either a way 2616.5 is a target.
