am not great with tech patterns- do u mind explaining what u see at d1 and h4 ...? ^^ like what pattern or candlestick would imply a bull move ..

Small TFs are bearish.
D1 TF is neutral.

daily close is one of the most important indicator. Because not many trade during New york hours, but the closing and new day actually affects the entire day.

we are stucked in 1.2440 - 1.2530 currently .

with 1.2440 as support and 1.2530 as current resistance.

if eur can move up 1.2555 zone, it could actually go for 1.27 on a daily chart.

The moving average are crossing, so this area is important.

Looking at the 4hr Chart, we are currently in a trading range from 1.2430 to 1.2660 levels and since June we have been in a small uptrend making higher highs and slightly higher lows. Even though we have been making higher highs, we have still been having big pull backs and can't seem to make substancial higher lows. There is still plenty of weakness here and if it can't break through that 1.2530 level we may roll over and look to make a double bottom.

Just a close on either way will be a lot of indicators for the big boys to trade it had been rangeing for a fair while on the daily and I normally look for direction on daily looking for a trade. The big boys normally take longer term trades so they can aim for somewhere solid to avoid slippage. So if the daily closes with a clear downwards movement I woul be expecting it to hit. 1.23

I think 2461 will decide on daily. I see the long red (black on my chart) candle there, but there is also a small white one right after that. Think about it, high momentum down, and then it stumbled...weekly chart it engulfed north last week.. the way I look at it..

edit: fundies point down, but there's always the danger of intervention.

Good morning,

Today I will stay with long at 1.2470-1.2460 entry zone which is based on 15min higher low because of 4hr chart showing me uptrend line and current price at support. I will set my stop loss below swing low at 1.2440, have good day!

I have that level as my daily pivot, more often than not it makes price react with indecision but not too many of them to retrace in any significant way.
