That's what I would be afraid of...

Look at the "news" from Twitter, the market seems desperate for good news and ready to jump at any opportunity.

Won't they learn? Weak euro is good for the economy and makes things easier to repay off the borrowings...

Yes, talking heads spinning hopium. Eventually the lemmings will need a bigger dose or a new drug to get them high. I wonder what's next. Have you noticed that as time moves on, rallies are getting softer and being faded faster?

Quite simple really. Always take partial profit, write the rest off and set SL @ BE. Some get taken out and some turn into long runners. To me they are bonus trades as I always take my partial profits when target is reached.

If we can start trading below the weekly pivot at 1.2500 area we should have some nice short trades.

1.2460/80 area is gonna be a tough nut. We get past that and we'll be fine. It is the rising channel support (rising trend line from the lows).

Anyway, we could use a little bounce to relieve the bullish hidden divergence on H1

DXY reached 23.6% and closed the gap


with Italian bond yields up I think we got more room upwards on dxy (down euro) as long as the FOMC doesnt drop any bombs

VIX up to 22.40 from 21.65
