No, i meant weekly pivot. It all depends on what time your broker opens sunday. Thats why there are these differences. And thats the reason why i don't use them for trading

This is not going to do Spanish bond yields any favors. If the below article is true, then I would be expecting the Spanish 10 year bond yield to start rising again. I guess we'll find out in the morning at London open.
If the 10 year rate starts ticking up again, then that would probably be bearish (once again) for the Euro. I say probably because the idea of a bank bailout should ease tensions in the equity markets (until they start focusing on Italy).

It all depends on what time zone your broker uses plus what time they close on Friday and open on Sunday.
Mine is GMT time zone (London-1 or NY+4)
Friday close at 21:00 GMT
Sunday open at 21:00 GMT
Weekly pivot is 1.25649
Daily pivot is 1.25062

I always use London time for calculating pivots. Everything is centered around the London session and all major institutions and banks are there and use London time.

My Monday daily pivot is calculated based on Friday's numbers. Sunday data is ignored. That's why I don't rely on the accuracy of Monday's pivots. Tuesday to Friday are the accurate ones.
Same applies to moving averages.

Yep that limit order is one for the record books. I've never nailed it perfectly before.
Anyway, it looks like my prediction is bang on so far... however I did think the short covering may keep going till Wednesday morning. I guess price managed to get right up there before market open. Goes to show you the power behind a short covering. Pretty awesome.
