Keep an eye on this. This pair is on a HUGE support. So good for a big rebound or break!

This is a good symmetry with head and shoulders... But in this draw I am not touching again the neckline. So there is three paths:

1. Now rebound.
2. Touch the neckline and rebound
3. Break the support and neckline

So first watch then act

I took some profits in one position and then I opened other more higher. If everything continues as I am thinking I will close all @1.265/1.260, but could be done right now (@1.267) and then this (chart). Obviously if the market doesnt crack 1.260/1.258...

don't rely on system. it's you. tools are there to help you. don't let it drive you.

Just keep practicing using different indicators till you find the ones you are most comfortable with. Then when you find them you are now ready to come up with your own strategies. Coming up with your own strategies will come natural its like a light bulb moment eureka moment. Then you must set rules or else your strategy wont work efficiently, the rules will change or be modified as you get use to your new strategy. But most importantly you have to take your time and keep on practicing, the learning curve is 3 years.

You must use these techniques to post a trade opportunity:

a. Trendlines
b. Resistances
c. Supports
d. Fibonacci
e. Head and Shoulders (use RSI to confirm)
f. Triangles
g. Flags
h. Wedges
i. Symmetries
j. Ws
k. Double and Triple tops or bottoms

No more.
That is it. Enjoy the thread.

Hey Carlos, what do you think of this EW drawing on the Daily EUR/USD? I know you talk about EW a lot and I don't even know what H&S is lol
How does one know when a wave is ending? The only things I know about EW are what I read on babypips.com at the school of pipsology :nerd:

If this is correct, we are now in the A portion of an ABC correction. Thoughts?
Thanks and happy 4th of July!

Hi man:

If you want to know more you can download a book here: http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?t=369574

You are right to say that could be a A portion, but also could be the beginning of wave C or the correction is done. The problem with EW is you dont know exactly when the wave finishs. You can have some targets, but you dont know which one is the big one.

The wave 2 you have drew is not good wave 2 cannot be a wedge!!!
