Hi Vlad,
My first limit is at 1.2667 and I do expect it to trigger in NY session today. 1.2784 is a different story. It is there just in case things get a bit wild.

Moved s/l to 2627 with another sell limit 2617 s/l 2627

move completely faded now.

i seriously hope we get to $21 silver because i am cashing out 80% forex cash and buying physical if we ever get that low (doubtful but look at 2008)

because with forex leverage you dont need your entire cash investment in the account, you can keep it split between multiple accounts (or PMs like i do). i only keep 20% of what I base my leverage off of, in my account. But i don't ever go underwater for very long, otherwise margin call might be an issue

Guess I missed the party

what's great the GBP move is that it wasn't a 100 pip 1minute candle, you could actually catch this momentum if you were listening to rate decision live

edit: closed half of eur short at 80, hopefully that will give me confidence to let rest ride until 1.2627 s/l

not exactly the best environment to be shorting right now.

Actually 4 major banks Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche bank and JPMorgan all estimated rate cut after poor PMI and increase in QE by 50 billion pounds. I posted a few days back. Typical buy the rumor sell the news. In this case sell the rumor, buy the news. Of course everything is effected by Chinese rate cut as well.

Also coming from the newswire there might've been misinterpretation between the Chinese release in such close proximity to the BOE release for reason of such spike in GBP. Traders mistaken it to be BOE release of a rate cut.
