I entered the long 2 days ago observing the support @ 1.242, should I have waited for 2580 breakout to long at that time? The resistance isn't formed yet by then

Have you considered Intertrader.com? Spread is only 1 pip on EUR-USD and AUD-USD.

i dont know there might be weakness for a while you have a lot of things that have pulled back a lot as well which will weaken the usd if they move against it.
aud and gold could both move 1000 pips up

current yield on spanish 10-year bonds at 6.14%

previous spanish auction in april got a result of 5.74% (new high)

i'm expecting the results of this auction to reach a new high too.

Higher yields means euro goes down.

However, after yesterday, I decided not to trade on fundamental news as important as this one. Too much volatility and confusion. Also bernanke speaking later.

Expecting bad auction results VS. Bernanke QE expectations = CONFLICTING TRENDS


EDIT: results of auction in about 10min (bloomberg tv)

I'm waiting for the calm after the storm and trading technically.
