I am about to open a new live account with Forex.com (Gain Capital), UK division, I would love to hear people with live accounts to share thier experience with this broker in terms of:

1- Order excution (both market and pending).
2- Money withdrawl. How fast they wire the money (days)
3- Customer service.

I'd an account with gain capital sometime back and guess what, their so called one of kind product Nostradamus sucked, withdrawals very slow and slow to respond to queries.
But to be fair, this was a while back and while Gain Capital may not suit me any longer, would suggest you check out some of the other brokers, do a dry run with demo accounts and Read the small print.

Regarding withdrawls, I talked to thier rep., and he said that it takes 5 days for a withdrawl to be in you account. In my case and since it's an international wire it should'nt take more than 3 days at worst cases. I wondered what if it's a large amount?!

Well, I might try with small amount of money (1k) and things may go perfect and fine, but the question is what if you have more than 100k, how would they deal with you in term of excuting your orders and withdrwals?

Thats why I am trying to get feedback and experience from traders who tried them before.

well they are a market maker and back in the day and till today they play the same old tricks market makers do, as far as gettting your money out, is a turtle slow?

Most of brokers still do the same dump and annoying old school tricks, it doesn't bother me that much cuz I am not a news trader nor a scalper. The annoying thing is when you ask for your money and it really takes longer than it should be to be in your bank account.

What also scares me is what I hear from other traders (I don't mean hear Forex.com) that they find open positions in their accounts while they are not trading!

Gain capital is a tad too slow and as far as their customer reps go, it's almost like talking to the wall and in this case, the wall replies with a sequence of vague replies bordering on nonsensical bleahs.
But international wire transfers do take about 4-5 days to be processed, that part's true enough. However, if you have a US bank account, you can get funds a lot faster.
