Really? Start off by getting rid of hopie changie BHO.
Congress is bought off. Our jobs were sent abroad and the process was paid for by tax payers. That candle long GOLD shows it is the haven which is reality-based.

German 2-year yield at -0.012%. European stock markets getting hammered. Gold rising on QE hopes. If the US economy is falling to pieces, there are much bigger worries than QE3.

I don't think I've ever seen a counter-trend move that far that fast. I thot the surprise low NFP would be blood-bath risk off. In the words of Ron White: "I was wrong." Of course, he gets paid to say it... I don't!

You have a lot of short coverings working with the QE crowd. Once the dust settles, we'll see where PA heads.

Would you explain your take on that please? I'm expecting an avoidance of QE in hopes of helping the Incumbent this Fall.

I'm glad I stayed out of this. Waiting on my usd/chf long entry of 0.9560 which may correlate to 1.2530-40 for the eur/usd

QE crowd is probably calling for more stimulus like always, because of consecutive poor U.S fundies. I posted earlier that Bernanke's favorite tool to measure whether to stimulate the economy or not is the core PCE and it has fallen below his 2%. It is the first month it has fallen below that level, I guess in a while. Consecutive months under 2% will probably influence him to do something. We'll see what he pulls out of the hat.

BTW- $#@% the incumbent. The whole Gov't is bought and paid for. Doesn't matter who they put in the dummy seat.

It doesn't matter if we get QE or not. Some other form of liquidity will achieve the same result, like a swap agreement between CBs. Even if none of that happens, as long as it is the perception, the markets will react accordingly.

Yes. QE3 feb-march-april 2013 they won't do it until they really are ready to begin The End Game in the United States. Next year, briefly the dollar will rally but soon enough it will go through the floor.
