If breaks and closes above 60, it is either great buyers trap or pair has found temporary bottom.

wasnt directed at anyone. i agreed it was an important level. just my week worth of trades and showing people that im getting the results i want and hopefully importance of the trend impacting odds. if you have reasons for your trades thats good enough for you its not my money on the line. i no as a trader we need to believe in our own reasons. because when the shit hits the fan you need to stand by your choices. but a lot of new people are trading longs for no reason. hopefully you made some quick pips of your set up. i just prefer to let the...

Ok, fair enough about it being a general statement...but... and I CAN pull the quote out... you DID say somethihng to the effect of "I can see no reason why to take a long trade at these levels"... or something to that effect.

So, i was responding in large part essentially to that. I can get your quote if I'm not explaining it well. Anyway, price is at the 2360 level i thought could have been good...but i'm not actually trading today. too bad...woulda probably been a good day.

Reminds of of a time about a year ago when GBP/USD was making some serious lows.... and BoE announced they were doing a QE.

GBP/USD sold off strong, only to rebound above the high of the day they made the announcement...within 24 hours.

I do remember it moving up about 1000 pips off that low....

I don't believe for a moment that e/u will do the same... it's also totally different circumstances... a QE by the fed is mroe likely now... and the market is reponding to this.

I'ts just so hard to telll these days, with so many massive conflicting forces acting upon the currency markets. But, minding the trend, plenty of confluence, well planned stops/targets, etc... i'm betting this will still work come monday.

Look at the 30min chart now and it's a clear reversal and one hell of a blue, green candle.

So... if the market can hold these levels...particularly above 2400 into market close... taht short squeeze everyone has been looking to hit?

Ya... this right here... this is what it looks like.

Still to early to say for sure... but, if we hold high into the close... or better still, close right at the highs... that'll really be something to consider.

which i cant. you have yours. i do not have my own. really depends on your targets. i have done the whole trading either way. when ever the set up happens its not from me. im extremely trend bias. i find that its about patience and not being caught in a stupid situation when its avoidable. experience makes the trader. im ok taking a few pips at a time, they add up and hopefully my broker fees are tax deductible. to me its due for a pull back. has been for a while but it keeps turning down. and by pull back i mean a two to three day one. or a big gap. i stopped trading on the first 5m bar that closed on 1.2393. so i have been out for quite a while as well.. been trapped in to many trades and forced to watch the gap bet your kicking yourself for not trading.

Maybe..... maybe.... but... lheh... I wouldn't be short with such momentum moving against me... I may not be long, but I woulndn't chance being short. unless this thing pulls back a good 25-35 pips with conviction.

Of course, I'm just gonna wait for monday. easier pickins...

safer too
