Hi,

If you work with support and resistance system.

Look this flashback (may 2010, the last low) with next low at 1.212 and 1.1875 in sight.

My TP are at 1.1875 (all) and the next step is 1.5 (i assume).

Hell hath frozen over

I can't believe Dudley the Dove actually reiterated that Easing is not needed and the costs if QE outweigh the benefits.

Look out USDX.... Continuing skyward...

I don't think it's gonna matter what NFP comes out at.
If it's bad, it's risk off anyway
If it's good, it's USD bullish.

Either way, make way for King Dollar

For whatever reason, they've all sounded pretty bullish lately from what I can tell.

I'm thinking the same way. It'll just push the dollar faster to your 1.2210 target, unless we get there before Friday, then we'll probably get to your 1.1750 target.

Waking up to 1.24 handle popped.

I thought for sure we would retest 1.25 again. Now looking at a 900 pip drop in 1 month, yikes.

Looks like targeting 1.23 to finally retrace. There has only been 5 other monthly bars with this much of a Euro drop.

I honestly hate when markets move straight down, as every time I chase markets on momentum, instead of to wait for a retrace and then go short, we get our retrace.

Except for this time. Chasing momentum would have worked as a good entry. Too close to technical support now to try a short.

Retrace to 2510 seems optimistic now.



Also look at all of those euros flowing into gold and not U.S. dollars. This really makes me happy to see as I did not know how the metals would hold up with Euro so weak.

1530 is the mother support for gold, if 1530 goes, I think we are looking at 1460, and below that, 1300, IMO.

I do occasionally but I do it with the intention of holding it and just happen to close the same day coz I don't like the PA.
