i got new rule.. if in panic mode.. and think to buy/sell when the price is crazy.. do the opposite..

When in panic mode (fear), step back, relax, calm down, don't trade.
All your trades should be planned, and then executed according to plan.
If you cannot plan a trade, it means you are not ready to trade a live account and you need more practice.
If you react to the market with emotion, the market will eat you up and you will be margin called in no time.
Just some advice from someone who has been there and survived.
