Actually woke up @ 4 for a water break & closed 3 shorts for about 80 pips. Dream was after went back to bed. Got excited I guess!

WTF just happened? Why did we rally so hard only to roll over so heavily?

no news or anything, just a bulltrap? I'm so... ugh I know. EU is dead in the water

First of all, unless you are exclusively watching M1 and/or M5, it was not a hard rally. It was more likely short covering on some perceived hopium which drove price up to the patient bears' sell limit orders.

Sell orders were clustered around the 1.2680 level plus unexpected positive Fundie out of U.S.

True it was a choppy rally. By hard I really only meant it was good for about 70 pips.

I think I'm going to be sick watching this.

Surely I can't get in now, but it seems like it's going to slam through 1.26.

If the current H4 candle closes below 1.2623, we're looking at 1.2580 as a key indicator of where we are headed.

Below 1.2580 is 1.2525 and below that is the abyss.

That was an impressive run to take out the barrier at 1.2600 and stops just below. We printed as low as 1.2588. Expect barriers every quarter-cent lower to 1.2500 where there is a massive build-up of exotic options. Should momentum continue to the downside, that level will act as a magnet.
