I'm with you on that. I can't see how to expect a bounce hard enough to take another short. Don't want to take another short in a possible bottom.

take any point for short and you are good in few minutes ... fugin psychological problem only to choose the selling point.

PA has been bouncing off my hourly lower channel last few hours. 3 attempt off the 15 TF.

The only reason I have not jumped in again is that I am already short in 4 positions, so it's no big deal. However, if I didn't have any floating positions, I would be tearing my hair out trying to figure out where to enter.

Ya it is because we are in critical demand zone ...there should be buyers with pending orders placed all over this zone.

FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - Commerzbank analysts have observed this week’s USD rally against its counterparts, eroding key technical areas of the EUR/USD, GBP/USD and the USD/JPY.

“EUR/USD has started to erode the 2010-2012 support at line at 1.2771 and we look for a continued slide to the 1.2624 January low. We would expect to see some profit taking here ahead of a renewed stab lower to the 1.20 region”, wrote Commerzbank analyst Karen Jones, pointing also to the weakening 2012 uptrend in the GBP/USD (by losing the 1.6000 area) and the growing risk of a sharp fall to 200-day MA to 1.5830/1.5768 region.

As we’re talking about a USD rally instead of a regular risk-off rally, the USD/JPY strengthened, to 80.44 high and being sustained by 80.33 area. “Focus has shifted to the current May high at 80.61 and then the 81.78 mid-April high. Above here lies the top of the daily cloud at 82.18 today”, added Jones, pointing to support at 79.43 May low.
