This is my first time commenting on EUR/USD, so please be gentle!
Looking at the weekly chart, it seems that 1.2780 could be key S/R point. I follow Cable mostly and there was a three-point weekly trend line in Jan of this year (which stretched back to Jan 2009) from which Cable bounded off and has risen over a max of 1000 pips since. Just a thought!
I'm not saying it cannot happen. I'd be a fool to believe that, but it is highly improbable in the near term under the current conditions.Anyway, since this is your first post here, allow me to welcome you to EurAnalysis. Is there a significance to that wedge that has formed on the 15min?
I must also point out that triangles often do turn into wedges, in which case it could go a bit higher and then drop as that also is a continuation pattern, but again it is in the M5 context.

Very good point Nov. Actually that's what my previous 1.2770 support call was all about. However, I think it's quite a stretch to think that this pair can possibly bounce 1000 pips unless some historical person comes down from the heavens and turns debt into capital as easily as he turned water into wine almost 2000 years ago.

Agree that 1,000 pip bounce is unlikely. Mind you, I would have said that about Cable last Jan! More likely to be a 1,000 pip fall, given where Eurozone troubles seem to be heading!
Will try and follow your guidelines; particularly like one about being respectful. Some of the responses that are generated must be coming from very angry people and provide little value to anything.
I understand re the charts. Unfortunately, I am using CMC Markets and its charting software is not great. If anyone knows how I can cut-and-paste a CMC chart I would be grateful.

That captures the chart in the clipboard.
Paste the clipboard in any graphics editing software (Even Windows Paint works) and then crop the picture so only the chart shows.
Save the file to your hard disk and then upload it

Provided my attachment is attached, this is me finally in the profit margin as of today. Not very impressive but after 3 months as a trader, I'm pretty freaking proud. that sharp slope heading up from the very bottom is after listening to this thread, studying, advice from PT, more studying, and patience. Wish you all the best. I'm out of coffee so I think I'm done trading today

So, this is my first chart. This is the dragon 1h chart, this correction is typical you can find it in all pairs. I posted one using aussie dollar weeks ago. That is the idea I expected in Euro, dont to long as we look in the chart, but that is the situacion before 1.15.
