monthly momentum to south is increasing... of course we would need a month close to see it for fact, but... doesn't look like bears would be satisfied with just couple hundred pips to the down side. just a thought.

I have been scalping short all morning, not taking a position in this crazy market, if it breaks 1.2850, then we can see it get to 1.2867 level and no more, there is currently no momentum, to carry it to 1.2980-90 level, i still see a downside, watch 1.2810.

Last Friday in the US Sesssion, we had a Head & Shoulder on the 5 min chart. Market took out the neckline (brown line) and found some support at the 100 % fib extension at 1.2918 from the a-b wave moved to the c point + the prior low (1.2919) before the market finally went down further (gap). Very often market finds some support/ resistance after clearing out the stops under a recent low/ above recent high, particularly in not strongly trending markets (time frame dependent).
