Yesterday in the US session we had a strong resistance area on the 5min chart at about 1.2965 due to 61.80 % fib retracement of prior swing down, 61.80 % fib extension, 200 MA and prior consolidation + 20 MA resistance on the 1h chart.


On the 1 min chart we got further confirmation due to the ending diagonal pattern of wave C (upmove lost strength as it approached the resistance area + 61.80 % fib extension.)


In general the first step is to find strong resistance/support area and the second to observe price behaviour there for confirmation.

This report means absolutely nothing because it is backward looking.
Much has changed since then so the data is of no consequence now and will not be in the future.

Also, the report is skewed to show the data in a good light in a futile attempt to instill confidence in the markets. There are always two sides to a coin. This report is only one side.

Good morning folks.
Bang, Bang, Bang … I was shot dead like a rabbit on my yesterday LONG.
Though I still think the overall risk-reward ratio was worth to try.

What's on radar today?
I am sure the correction is around the corner.
The problem is only WHEN and WHERE, as fundamentals and short term technical signals do not go along together. Not at all.
Technically, some timeframes showing bullish divergence, many oscillators on “oversold” areas.
On the other hand we are not sit on any important Fibo or support level.
Fundamentally, a threat of Greek tragedy still hovers above the Eurozone.

I think strong bears will try to bring the price even lower below 1.2900, as we have very important and strong 1.2865 level there.
This is a cluster of weekly support and few Fibonacci lines, which could be a good foundation to high jump.
On the other side, 1.2970 still holds well and some impatient bulls will try to break it during the day.
Hmm. I don’t know which way should I go today…
So guys, watch closely those levels and trade smart.

hi rekon, hope your fine.For the record of what i was showing you guys last week. i started off with £15 and compounding from .50p i have taken it up to £98 wayhay, and that includes a £30 loss of which i am trying to find out what happened as i9 cannot see why it was wiped out lol. i am in no trades at present but have a couple of triggers ready. Happy trading

This is why support at 1.29 is so IMPORTANT !!! I am building longs from here and any pace lower into mid 1.28-1.29.
