Yes it is M5. This tick chart is same in all TF, I use it to see how it reacts in different areas. For example price hits important resistance, then I look tick chart how big orders are coming in @ this area (how fast it moves @ A to B) etc. It comes with experience.

1.3030 is support turned resistance (from yesterday also).
It is also the Daily Pivot. It needs to be broken for more up.
