I do that too but when the market moves quickly I will take advantage. But I certainly dont get as much range as you do on moves, and I'm working on improving.

Bro, first of all scalping is fun and if your good @ it then there is very minimum of stress. Take the best trades and strike with 5.0 lots for 20-30 pips, easy money with minimum of time wasted.

Greek and Austrian bond auctions went very well, but still the Euro drops. That tells you something.

is the USD just strong at the moment, or the Euro weak?

Very true. I guess I'm just not that good at choosing the low risk scalps. For me, all 5 lot trades are high risk. I prefer the 1 lot swing trade. This allows breathing room without over leveraging. I' won't become a millionaire with this method but I won't go bankrupt either

Exactly, I like the 4 or 5 pip stops that scalping offers, but usually at least 15 pip reward.

But a lot of the times when the market goes down, you just want to stay short. That is what I am trying to improve on.

I think scalping opportunities are best when we get rallies, because rallies tend to pull back more

Well all currencies are weak right now except for the JPY, USD and the Euro in that order. JPY is strongest, USD second and Euro third. So the best short would have been EUR/JPY if you had caught it at it's pivot last night.

Tick chart...hmmm..How do you predict tick chart moments , I know with experience but is there any important thing to watch..?
And this is M5 chart ..Am I right..? IMO its very hard to predict tick chart in short TF's...

Wanting to ask you, when you took that short at 1.46, why didn't you also changed your base account currency in USD? Keeping it in euro took like 10% of your account value [dollar reference]. That trade seems more like a hedge..
