Ummm.... like I said, this is the first time as long as I have been keeping records that the forecast was a negative number.

DislikedNot much of a deviation from the forecaster number which was also negative.
From my experience we will only see real lasting movement when one (or two)conditions are met:
1. A positive forecast ends up being a negative.
2. The opposite.
