as the title says: why do you trade eur/usd? if you more focus on fundamentals, then you may want to trade this pair. However, if you are a technical analyst, then for currency traders, eur/usd really is NOT the best pair to trade. take look at a report done by the BIS. think about why most good technical traders trade at busy time? think about what is technical analysis? if you have the right answer for these questions, then you are a good trader. by the way, I do not usually read/post something on any thread.

Indeed...above 1,3060 won't be good for short
But it seems dips are bought so far.

I'd like to get in below 1,3000

EURUSD received France elections breaking downside the last month range 1.3270-1.3230, printing low at 1.2956. The poor Fiscal agreement in the Eurozone is now more in risk. The collapse in the two main parties in Greece elections, increase the uncertainty, with the rise of the Extreme left leader. Also UK local shows general popular discontent on Politicians. Pivot level for today 1.3050, EURUSD need a close below this levels for further downside, with 1.2925(PS1), then 1.2810(PS2) before testing 1.2625 low of the year.
The Friday uneven of NFP, only had one important Cross in the way, AUDUSD broke Friday 1.0230 double bottom of the last week, printing ON 1.0110, then recover to 1.0185. We prefer to sell this level with SL above 1.0240, to test parity.

75% above a million a year (which does not include some other taxes...so around 90-95% overall)

In other words you can't earn more than a million of euros in France anymore!

They still receive write-offs. The 75% number IMO is just an election ploy.
