Ok, I see our difference. You take the absolute bottom (or top) of candles including the wick portion where as I do not. I prefer to take the candle body and consider the wick portion part of the overbuy/oversell area. I especially like to draw trend line on the closing of a doji (indecision) candle as I find this to be better place where a turn occurs (thus re-inforcing the trend line).

I would expect a test of the previous trendline at some point prior to price continuing down.

You can also try both ways, and see how price reacts to them. And thirdly, you can try drawing them on a line chart and get another good glimpse at reactions...

Yes you are right. Breaking my mind to play with Forex is proving to be harder than I thought. The way I draw my trendines have been good to me while trading equities, but this is no longer equities now is it...

Until now perfect retracement 1.3157. The problem I dont remember how I took that number, using fibo but remember. Let see if market can hold it.

Contact Bloomberg and they will be in touch with you to set up a demo. If you like it and you are okay with the price, then you pay monthly and you have "all" the same toys that bankers, dealers and brokers have at their fingertips. It's not cheap but if you make enough money from Forex, it is just a cost of doing business.

I asked sometime, 3 years ago when I was beginnig in the forex world. It is expensive.

Intermediate trend holding so far even in Asia session, but it may break soon. I'm just so skeptical of Asia ever selling.

I took a couple week break from Forex but I am back. I had way too much going on in my life to have any motivation to trade.

Edit: trendline break + 1minute now in buy mode. no way we get to my stop... be on before london open, later
