the short answer is you can't. unless you have a very firm strategy with hard stops in place you don't want to be trading this sort of price action. wait for the market to come to you. a few hours down the line you will see a good setup with solid reasons to take the trade. right now what reasons are there to go long other than what goes down must go up? you could loose a 100pips trying to pick a bottom. this game isn't won by gamblers but by traders so don't be a gambler.

i think Buy Limit in 1.3110 is good portunity. if ADP actual same like forecast. Just my view. C

Wait at least five hours from the time this first started falling. Look at your hourly chart and go from there. Even when price falls, it likes fib numbers, too. And five is a fib number. I'm waiting on this hourly candle to close before I decide to go long. GL
