There was a big gap down on French and German stocks at the open this morning. It hasnt been completely fillet yet. Could this mean that EU is still heading down a bit more? Im not a big expert on these, but just wondering.....

Well 3140 is my 50% fib level of the previous climb... Should this not pose a better support togehter with 3105 (61.8% plus some other strong support levels from past) than 3125?

A daily close below 1.3150 will be demise for EU, EU will consolidate here till non farm payroll, green data will create another 30 pip move down and will try to penetrate 1.3120, however red data will take it to something around 3180

watch daily chart, a close below 1.3150 will confirm formation of short term top....

3119 is daily s2 as per my chart....
however from elliot point of view 3105 (4/23 low) is a great level of high importance........ but i dont expect a 40 pip move before non farm thats why

Back to the markets ...

We did write in our beloved TABLE as follows:





2012-05-02_00h00 - ZigZag + Pivot Survey _ EURUSD _ Rollover _ W-18 # A2





Daily - Bearish stance (-4). Still set to rise up to 1.3265 - 1.3279 or even to above 1.3292 at least. But further dips to 1.3200 or 1.3162 are likely now. Unless a clean break of 1.3321 a deeper downside move is expected ...



Moreover we did postulate a "sell all the rallies stance" would be our preferred appropriate strategy and trading behaviour ...
