Answer is simple - ignore the vouch system and only trust people with a myfxbook type widget in their sig. Those people can hide their trades in the myfxbook if they wish.

I'm fairly sure if they are aware of scammers they have a legal obligation to do something about it. Scamming is illegal - even in Florida.

That is the point I have been making all day, FF is only interested in footfall, they don't care who is the real trader, who is the fraud or who is the noobie, they get paid based on the amount of people here.

A fraudster will keep a noobie here a lot longer as he is desperate to stay here and hopefully become profitable some day.

A trader who is making his money and has been in the business a long time has little or no reason to be here, especially after the reception he gets along het lines of the ones I keep getting here.

But then it becomes...
There may be a small role in that regard. But, a balanced one at that. Thinking hit and run... Invisible, visible. Some noobies are ready. Some not.

Nah they don't, the US has an indemnity law, so FF is not responsible in any way.


This is not about legal responsibility, a company like FF gets to a point in life where they have to make a choice.

LOL! I don't think Twee lives around here and even if I knew his wereabouts I would't bother.

Who sets the tone here is MERLIN. He owns the site and he used to be really a A$$ around. Untill he pissed some Russians and they started to hack FF. The site used to get screwed daily.

Than Merlin disappeared ( he maybe still post under other handles) and the attacks stopped.

Unbelievable. They can extradite our citizens to the other side of the world proffering no evidence but they can't police their own internet firms. Unbelievable.
