master sonic was right, market is unpredictable now. that's why i used profit lock ea. my 2 shorts hit stop loss at +10 pips each. my 3 long, hit sl at + 10 pip and 2 at + 5 pip

now i'm waiting for the real trend setup if any. enough for scalping today.

If the USD breaks under the 78.80 pivot, well I wouldn't want to be long on bigger TF. It's already failed the test of the 8 month old Trendline now as of yesterday, and today it continues. The SPX is about to break to the upside (hasn't quite yet), Gold is breaking out to the upside (still has a TL to clear however), to me it's all due to the failing Dollar. (Side note, if Nat Gas clears 2.25 and closes above it we have to assume this is a new uptrend for Gas, its fighting with it right now, up and down like a yo-yo)

For me anyway 78.80 is the last stand for the Intermediate term uptrend, if it holds and we backtest the TL, that test will be a huge 'tell' imho, this could be one big fakeout but right now the odds are not looking good.

This is just my take on things and how I plan to trade it on bigger TF's as I like to trade with the trend.


P.s - that mining company I bought touched 0.50 today, up from 0.38

Master, of course that is right! Look at the Clock! You are on the last candle before the Ny vLine and the Clock says the time in New York is 7.54 am. Perfect! The NY forex market is about to open in 6 minutes. And in 6 minutes you will get a new candle, and that candle will be right on the Ny vLine! And the time will be in New York,....8am (EST)! That is when the US forex market opens! Perfect!

Why would you think otherwise?

My chart is attached for comparision. You see that now your vLines and my vLines are in the same place regarding the candlesticks.

SL hit. Grrrrrr it missed my TP by 1 fkin pip and then a sonic setup in the other direction that I missed because I didnt want to trade into a strong support zone and obviously Id have to close to long. FML

Theres gotta be some more objectivity to this dam system Ive been trading it for a few months and Im just breaking even because of things like this =\
