It's late - not the best time to trade and this is a good lesson for Indicator traders. Price doesn't trend or act the same when the big markets are closed as it does when they are open. You may get two identical entry signals one when the big markets are open that will do well and the other when markets closed that will stall and turn tail.

if it cant go down on a day where some (spain) europe equity markets are hitting decade lows, spain broke a huge trendline yet eurusd is still up... its not gonna go down

I am keeping my options open here - there was no extension in that 3rd wave down and a tight 4th wave out of the ED and then a sharp punch down would roll over my daily MACD (the 240 min is still crossed down) and we could then see an extended 5th down. The 3rd wave is already longer than the 1st, so no EW issues with a long 5th if one materialised.
