That's right. And the laterals of these things are often 2 miles long, and you better be aiming in the right direction. So that means it isn't the old "this looks good; drill here" dice roll any more.

The cornucopia, "oil for the rest of century" view may be right in total reserves and supply, but less likely to make the headline is just how much it all costs and just how close to the margin the over-all economics are.

If the world economy can't stand sustained high cost of BTU's and hold the current relationships, cheap energy based trade and currency regimes can't be sustained, either.

Working on a home gym because I've been too busy to go to the gym, adds an extra 1.5 hrs to my day after working 9-10 hrs, and I've been getting lazy. Just want to come home and review charts and have a brew and when I make the trek to the gym I have very little free time.

I also don't have much spare cash so I'm sticking with the basics, got a bench/pullup bar/jump rope circuit thing in mind. Maybe switch it up and work out boxer style. I have an 80lb heavy bag back at the folk's but no place to put it in my apartment.

Rent a room in your apartment building and lease some equipment. Open a gym. It will solve your problem with some extra income.

Yeah man, just doing my best at every moment and staying late to make sure shit gets done right. I've been learning how to follow up and correct my work before I hear about it, and am making less mistakes as time goes by. Picking stuff up here and there.

Also I've recently learned that "jeans day" doesn't really mean jeans for the guys, just the girls. What kind of twisted bullshit is that?

That sounds like a blast.

Wonder what kind of legal stuff would be involved? Licensing, insurance, permission from property owners, zoning?

I live in a community of 4-apartment units. It's just me in mine and some awesome dude in the other. The other two are empty and if it were plausible to run a gym from them financially I'd give it a whirl.

Except I can't imagine the property manager would enjoy the idea, but who knows.

shows u what a bunch of bullshit the corp word is... like who really gives a fuck what your wearing...

like u really waste profits and investor money paying someones salary that does this..?

then they wonder why they run out of money in hard times and have to fire anyone...

again use them for what you need them for and get the fuck out...

work for yourself trading someone else's capital or your own... at least then you are valued for you talent and u do what the fuck u want...

also in hard times or good it does not matter as long as your turning a profit your job is safe
