There is no way out. As it is getting closer to margin on your account. You fight, odds are very very high that you will most likely be margined out. Close out now, salvage what you can. Quite honestly.... What you are doing isn't trading. It's more like gambling.

i disagree. systems and strategies do work. it is just that you are searching in the wrong place, called the internet. no one will post strategies that make you money for free or for hundreds of dollars. and systems do work, but again not the ones you have on the internet, and by systems, i mean the ones that hedge funds have, and they cost atleast 20 million dollars and created by professors and phd's employed exclusively by the hedge funds....meaning they do not sell it. however, since it is created by professors and not traders, it has it's flows....

Keeping the hedge going will get you nowhere, the only way to make up for it is to double up and hope that you get a 200 pip run or treble up and hope you get a 100 pip run. Both need to be straight runs with no retrace or else you have to increase your net long exposure even more.

Any retrace on the H4 (and we are due for one, just don't know where yet) will ruin your changes of netting out your loss.

Look at the DAX on the daily, we are consolidating there and are eyeballing 7380 once that consolidation finishes. We had some good run up on the DAX from day to day and slow grinds down, you just know there is more appetite to drive that North. As I keep saying the EU is about Germany and France to a lesser extent. The only thing that is going to get you your 1.27 is the France spreads widening and the CDS going through the roof, but do you really thing Germany is going to allow that?

You may get a bit of respite tomorrow and Monday on the back of Hollande doing well, he is an idiot who is going to make things worse for France and the markets are not going to like it if he gets in.

No matter what you do to even out your loss, it won't teach you the lesson you need to learn and you will learn by just closing out the 200 pip losers and get on with learning how to trade, with SL's and TP's.

Forget about your bias, the euro is not driven by what you think of Spain, as a matter of fact, the euro has nothing to do with Spain at all, look how little effect the bankruptcy of an entire country, Greece had on the euro, hardly anything.

The Germans paid peanuts to help out Greece, Ireland and Portugal, they made that back in a few months by the reduction in their own unemployment and the growth of their GDP.

Keep in mind that the Germans are making huge profits out of the bailouts, look at the interest rates they are paying, especially Ireland at close to 6% when it is only costing Germany a half a percent, they are laughing their asses of.

Germany would love another bailout somewhere else, it will only mean that their domestic industry will pick up the slack, their services will be in demand and they make a pretty penny out of the bailout.

Depending on what report you read, Germany has made anywhere from 4-5 1/2 Trn euros out of the euro project, they could afford to bailout each and every country in the EU and still be better of.

OF course that is not going to happen, every other country in the world will be falling over themselves to bailout countries in the EU, there is a huge profit in it and it benefits their own economies.

Now back the EU, as long as we stay above 3166 ( on the higher TF's H4,H8 and daily) we are in bullish territory, that will give the DAX a boost and the EU will be at 1.34 before you can blink.

thx for that cloggie.kind of answers the question re the DOW in context of europena and asian equity indexes posed on 'useless thread'

.........relative to other indexes the Dow is hardly off its recent 13250/75 high while european and asian indexes have sold off from between 5 to 20% which if it follows probably makes (Dow) a very nice short, with a but and the but being the FED put or the inference of one lurking whenever the market gets nervous

and, if the japanese come with a massive devaluation of the Yen then you have to think it kind of floats all boats not unlike the FED's printing from 2009 which was/has been a short dollar long equity/commodity trade, and interventions have become pretty much the norm and path of least resistance for policy makers and can't see the central banks suddenly stopping it all cold

banks don't have it(the second and third tier banks atleast)...maybe the major banks do, but banks in general do not have it. however, hedge funds do have it, but as i said, it is exclusive only for them and each hedge fund has a different system

and yes. u r correct. major banks do have specialized traders for each currency. and u are correct, hedge fund systems was shut down due to volatility in 2008 and 2011.
in fact, 2011 was the worst years since the great depression( i think). more than 65% lost in the fx in the banking sector and investment. u can search the article in Reuters.

Seriously,Personaly am still dont believe any kinds of robot,experience was witnessed the bot was claimed millions of dollar one..and we can see well how it perform simply based on the statement...earlier makes money,but In mid and longterm,problem starting coming...to many hedge position..to many loss position was hold..which I think its a very bad trade,until the robot recoded again and again..

If u have a chance try visit nyenburgh In singapore or Netherland and you will know what i mean..see how them trade ( If permitted ) and the one of my friend which work In DB Singapore only trade DollarYen pair,he makes million annually with the daily chart only,strategy ? was look his chart many times,its based on the chart pattern breakout on Daily,so sometimes In 1 Month he is only trade 3-4 times only..he is the success one,the rest of his friends makes money in earlier 5 years..but only need one day to lose it all....over confidence..Lolz

whatever whoever are you in here which wanna learn bout trading..personaly am recommended Sir Chicky Thread that called Lesson Learn Thread

no pkimnyc, i don't have hedge fund system per say. but i have manual system or strategies to be exact. however, that is only for me.
