hey expressid, why did you enter this trade? Its not a SonicR trade. The dragon is still angled upwards, there has been no H, LH wave setup either.

Note: this is outside Sonic R system, I post because in the last days we made a lot of analysis about possible short or long.

This is 1H EU chart. (please ignore green/red lines they are options levels)
You can see the "possible" next trap, with breakout the last swing high.
I put my sell order 25-35 pips above, where are a lot of stop loses orders.
Waiting for stop hunt at open of US or into the first hour.
If the breakout is later maybe the break is real (take care)

4) 15 min pinbar
5)look at 5 min and 15 min AO and Stochastic Divirgence

Consolidation continues for now, and we get yet another test of this 8 month old Trendline on the Daily.

As you can see, we are still in clear uptrend Intermediate term with higher lows, however in the short term we are now making lower highs so short term downtrend and this has us consolidating and Triangulating.

Note the labels are Elliot Wave and only speculative, anything is possible.

The bottom line is one of these TL's has to win and one has to lose, soon, as they converge closer and closer, and you can't 'count' on either one, literally. Note the "C" and "D" pivots also as these are the prices to watch imho.

Of course TL's are not the holy grail either, we could break under the bottom one for example and then it gets pushed back up above, but there is a good chance that whichever one breaks decisively and is closed under/over first, price will continue in that direction.

An "important cross" does not drive anything. Big Guns in the market do! They are the super large hedge funds, central banks, FED, etc. And their "plays" are not based on MAs and MA crossings. Their plays are based on how high or low the actual price has become, and what to do about it for either purposes of profit or for purposes of politics.

Today, as an example, saw EU continue up. However, if the "important cross", as you put it, is so important then why have all the major USD pairs failed to even achieve their range high marks? A logical reason "why" is this. The moves today certainly were anti-USD moves, but not for reasons of bearish sentiment about the USD. Quite the opposite is more likely the case. A market bullish on USD and has taken yet another day to drive prices in the anti-USD direction for purposes of profit. In the case of EU, the Big Guns hit more short stops and liquidated those trades, and triggered into the market more longs adding more market liquidity. And all this liquidity was most likely used to continue the building of short positions! And that is the reason that prices, across the board on important USD pairs, failed even to achieve range high marks,.....the anti-USD drives soon achieved levels where there was no more interest! Nobody was interested in going anti-USD at the furthest levels achieved by the drives today! So the Big Guns ran up against brick walls trying to run prices further to hit stops and trick others into the market at those levels. The drives all ended before even the average ranges could be achieved for lack of bona fide anti-USD traders!

The anti-USD drives on USD pairs have now reached "bubble bursting" potiential. That event will reveal your "important cross" for what it is, just a tag-along, lagging indicator that is constantly trying to play catch-up to levels that are "forcast" by previous PA, but for which the Big Guns in the market have absolutely no obligation to obey. In fact, the Big Guns might actually use their existance as a part of their deceptive strategies!

My suggestion to all Sonicers is to cease and desist in using MAs to "forcast" PA. The Big Guns in the market determine daily what will happen to prices, not MAs! If on any day prices seem to be in accord with MAs, it is not because the MAs made it happen. It is because the Big Guns made it happen, and not out of respect for MAs, but out of greed for profit or for reasons of politics. Daily price action might be in accord with MAs and it might not be in accord with MAs, because MAs are not the "drivers" of PA, they are only the "lagging followers" of PA. The Big Guns are the daily drivers of PA, irrespective of MAs and very respective of profits and politics!

We Sonicers use the Dragon MA for nothing else but to ID the proper EP zone, and the angle thereof as an indicator of "possible" momentum that might support a breakout. Sonicers don't use MAs, but the PA itself (!!!) to find appropriate PA Waves to validate a setup!

Nobody knows where PA will go from day to day. In this regard, all I have said about the "bubble bursting" potential must be viewed as logical, but unknown as to timing. Next week, in my mind, has the makings of a far more interesting week than we've seen in quite a very long time.
