Be it a "buy the rumors sell the fact" scenario or simple take profit at least 50% of this drop is due to it.

You have to be an informed trader, you always have to keep track of money flows, the only way to do that is look at the big picture, that includes the spreads, the FI rates, the CDS's, the indices and the correlation.

Gold is holding steady (think India), spreads widening, bunds testing the high, DAX at support, that all corresponds to 3074. I have been going on about 3074 for pages now, there is a reason for each and every level, find the reason, trade the result.

I was thinking...even if US data is bad, wouldn't that be interpreted as QE-maybe and USD will rise?

Hi Cloggie, I like your view point!! Can you just tell me where do you get information (real time) for all of this (bonds etc - that you are watching)? Other than Bloomberg?

Why 3074? I have 3070- 3061 zone, this level because it formed nice demand zone in 16.04.

3070-3074, no beans, at least you are looking at the right area. If you look at your 15 right now, you can see 2 bars right on 3074 (within a pip), that is no coincidence.
