Good morning/evening everyone. Still holding my shorts with a pending buy at 1.3002, and a pending sell at 1.2990. Like I said in a previous post, it just wouldn't make sense for the smart money not to hit that important S/R area, and here is why:

There are a stupid amount of pending shorts just under the 1.3000 mark, those shorts will be accompanied by another enormous amount of stop losses for those who have been long, because most see this is as a critical S/R, and if it breaks, the herd switches teams.

If the bulls want to try and break the bear's W1 channel, they will need all the help they can get, so it is important for them to clear out the 1.299x area before aiming for the top of the channel again.

If the bears are going to continue to dominate in the coming weeks, as is the current W1/M1 trend, they will need to hit the 1.299x area, add those shorts and stop losses to the fire and blaze on down the road.

As I said above, I'm still holding my shorts but have both pending buy and sell orders around this S/R area and hoping that my logic does not fail me. By the way this is my short term idea, as in I believe this to happen by the US close today or tomorrow for some. If my logic fails me in the short term, as I believe 1.3000 is inevitable in the coming week/weeks, I will close my shorts if it breaks the 1.3115ish area, and scalp some longs and then wait for the bears to gain some momentum again.

The price was driven down from Sydney open. Strong demand at 3035. That indicates to me that the bears were taking profit. Keep in mind we have not had any decent retrace in the down move from 3350
