NFP numbers accurate or not...WHO CARES? The whole world knows these numbers are just pulled out of thin air and have absolutely NO validity to the trader. It is merely a vehicle to know which side of the trade to get in on.

I have stopped paying attention to whether what the gov't puts out is accurate or not. I've learned that they really do not care to be accurate. So...hey... use the inaccurate data for other purposes. Never try to anticipate. Just lock and load and pull the trigger when it hits. Well....I give the "knee jerk" reaction time to play out and the trading direction shows itself. Anywho... that's how I see it and I'm sticking to it.

Agreed on the thin air. Are you bull or bear?

For now..."bearish" the EUR/USD. And I don't mean for the next day or two. I want PIPS, not pips. Know what I'm sayin'?

1. The Lesson I Learnt (The BAD Part)

Unfortunately, while my effort to share with all of you my experience of the forex and the charts, I neglected one very important thing, ME. I never rested. I was hell bent on illustrating that anyday is a good day to trade, which is true, but the body also needs rest.

Last week for those traders that I shared my 7 rules with will benefit from what Im talking about here. Re-read rule number #3. In all my efforts to share and trade every opportunity, I managed to break rule number 3, because I was so fatigued.

Look back at my losing trade and re-read rule#3 and you can see that I clearly broke the rule. Please note the time the trade was placed to confirm what I am saying. I entered the trade at 12 midnight April 4, 2012 and based on the rules, I should have placed the trade at 6am - exactly as the rules state, but with all my fatigue, I over-looked it. LESSON LEARNT

I never normally trade like this, but I just want to illustrate how true the statement was, that everyday is a good day to trade.

The Lesson I Learnt (THE GOOD PART)

The good part of the Lesson is this - If taking advantage of every opportunity, keep in mind the human element, I am goin to have to train someone and develop a shift system between myself and the other trader. In other words, I do mornings he/she does night or the other way around, that way we both get adequate rest and the market will be ours for the picking.

2. What We As Traders Must Remember.

In the FOUR AGREEMENTS - One of the Agreements is NEVER TAKE ANYTHING PERSONAL - so when ever you lose on a trade traders, dont spend time thinking about how much you lost and letting your emotions get the better of you. While you are thinking about your loss and taking it personally, other opportunities are passing you by, providing that the trading plan you developed is sound and it really works and that you truly trust it, immediately, look for the next opportunity and move on.

We must always think in terms of probabilities and by doing so, we wont take losing trades personally. An excellent sample size to use are 25 trades. Of the 25 trades you will place, some will be winners, some will be losers. You can lose on 15 trades and win 10 and still be profitable. So never take your losing trades personally and only see your winning trade as a trading plan that was followed and worked out, nothing more, because your very next trade could be a losing one.

Please see attached the ACCOUNT SUMMARY of the sub-account that was specially create to illustrate my point for this week, which is always thought of as a bad week to trade when its NFP. Despite trader sentiment, the market was traded, profits were made and lost and the account is still in the green, therefore you will live to trade another week. 294.4 Green pips were made MINUS 98.8 red pips = 195.6 Green Pips for the week bearing in mind that for the last two days of the week I did not trade. ( So it could have been more or maybe less )

Traders, like I said, as of today, Good Friday, April 6, 2012 I will stop posting my trades in the room and I will pop in from time to time to see how everyone is doing. I will be moving on to another chat room to share everything I shared with all of you at Forex Factory with other traders out there who HOPE for a hand to guide them as they try to traverse the markets.

My purpose is clear, To Inspire The Uninspired and I cant do that in just one room.

Traders lots of money can be made in the markets, but we have to train ourselves to become disciplined. Master the FOUR AGREEMENTS and then observe how your life and bank account changes. It will not happen overnight, but be persistent, be determined and support each other and not mock one another.

3. THE SONG TO CLOSE OUT THE WEEK

The song I have chosen speaks numbers about the market to close out the week. Listen to the song in the context of THE MARKET REACHING OUT TO YOU after you had a GREAT WEEK OF TRADING. The market is dedicating the song to YOU and you will understand on which side of the fence you should always try to be.

For me, I think of it in this light. The market realised that I am now in a new relationship with my 3H chart and Im now, a lot happier in this relationship with my 3H and no more will the market get the better of me because Ive found my soul mate (That Guiding Light). Traders your soul mate in this context is whatever system you've developed to give you an edge over this Unforgiving Market.

I was in your place looooong time ago, and the ZAR was really worth much more than it is now.
Pretoria ........... I remember nice clean city with god loving people.
As opposed to Johannesburg.
But my real memories go to my trip through Kruger Park, Durban, riding on an ostrich (voolstruis) in Outshoorn, the cable to Table Mountain in Cape Town, the gold mines, the ol' Transvaal, too many to mention.
