Whats so difficult about admitting that the differences are considerable and NOT NECESSARILY FAVORABLE when you compare on any similar time frame Symphonie Trader basic v2 against Symphonie basic V3...
btw RJ, my original post was not addressed to you as I am looking for a qualified, analytical and somewhat more sophisticated response...
To say something is beneficial you have to use both versions to compare data or results for a certain period.
and if the improved model is better than the old one then you can say or have a proof of benefits.

nobody did until now. i never saw a post (if i was not blind) who test both versions for a certain period and show results to say 'WOW this kind of indicator improvements brings better results'. and this will only work if both version run simultaneously for comparison.

if we would work better together in collaboration then we could make benefits of a model.
until now i only see herd following and searching for kudos.

only my opinion.
Improvement is that TVI indicator is added. Which doesn't repaint and gives clues on directions. So i say, that system is expanding by that.

Eval has tested the newer sentiment/emotion and obviously likes it because he's put it in the new version, but I tested it a while ago and didn't like it, I found the sentiment was far too late with its signal more often than not. If you prefer the older sentiment/emotion which I do, and is the one Yelena has, use the one attached to this post.

take a look at athe attach chart, I have market a sell signal issue on v3 that was not on the tvi, but it seems it was a nice signal right?

maybe this version of matrix with tvi can be better because it will avoid you go on the wrong direction? it's all blue all the time, I have seem charts of yelena similar to this one

I just dont understand the tvi version should have gave the sell signal before the v3 don't you agree?

well, you could also use Bollinger Bands, the standard ziz-zag or oscillators of any kind which do also show extremes. this is not improvment, this is addition of inexperience. or in other words an eyeopener to see that with deeper knowledge how indicator works and what kind of indicator exists you could replace them with any other not repainting indicators.
And if you are expierienced enough you could trade the chart nearly naked sometimes, which does not mean a neccessary. i also don't want bashing this thread. Only want to give your minds some thoughtless adjoining(?)

sorry Miguel, just got back. there's something wrong with your tvi, its all blue. can you try loading this tvi? i did have a sell signal on the time. if your SL is the last swing hiigh/low (and not opposite signal), then it would still be a valid and profitable signal (the lovely 10 pips).

the arrows are all my signals from the matrix v3 (of course, now they have repainted). we're doing revalida on a weekend?

EDIT: not matrix v3 but TVI matrix (although both are using TVI, the TVI matrix displayed on the picture below uses the old sentiment indi. thanks for looking after, again, olivia what will we do without you.

The matrix v3 is not the same as the one with the one I attached in the post, the one with TVI at the top row instead of saying extreme. The one with TVI written at the top uses the old sentiment/emotion and the newer one written as extreme at the top uses the new sentiment/emotion.

If you compare the two against each other the former matrix will look better of course it will because it has repainted. Now look at the chart with this post (Top is tvi matrix, 2nd is old matrix and 3rd is extreme indicator v2) and look especially at the extreme indicator v2 at the very bottom because that will show you the history of the spikes and where those dots are will show you where the matrix top line would have been a different colour from what you're now seeing in the matrix, and then tell me they are better signals.

Bollinger bands repaint because they stretch when the price reaches what you think is the outer band and then goes through it, it will repaint its outer band to accomodate it to a certain extent.

Attached is Symphonie indicator ES Matrix v3.0 (I use this version number to be consistent with matrix 3.0).

With this indicator you can build the strategy Symphonie 60-5 in only one chart.

Thus, no longer needs to open 2 charts, only one.

Thanks maudur for all your support to this thread. I have personally loaded v3.0.1 matrix and this one too with all the indicators that were availed and I have not found issues as yet.

Hi all,

I attached a version of Symphonie Indicator Matrix that Yelena, Olivia, RJ, etc.. are using. It's similar to the Matrix 3.0.1 but using the old version of Symphonie Sentiment Indicator (With alerts and alerts by mail). Thus, we can compare the two (Matrix 3.0 vs Matrix TVI) and see which is better, if the Symphonie_Matrix_Indikator_v3.0.1 or Symphonie_Matrix_Indikator_TVI_1.0.

I also attached a version for the TVI Extra Signal similar to Symphonie_Matrix_Indikator_ESv3.0, in order to setup 60-5 strategy in only one screen.

Please remember to use Symphonie Autorefresh_v3.0.
