Thats what they said in the 1970/80's. In fact, it was even worse. And we did just fine. In my opinion, we will start having large inflation over the next 5-15 years and then deflation again. And of course, inflation will solve our debt problem.

The real problem is the average person. They want more services but do not want to pay taxes. It is like that all over the world (US being one of the worse, obviously). The only way to do that is to put the printer on overdrive.

Except that the internet wasn't invented yet. So the globe wasn't as informed and it was easy to steer mass media.

Now with the internet, everybody's more informed. That's the difference.

Actually I think it was a combination of much less regulation, tax cuts and not having to compete against China that saved the US out of the last hole it dug itself into. I don't see the US getting out of this one except as a third world raw material supplier.

1st Defend EU did get clipped, this is accepted, however the EU chart posted earlier when looking to defend, was also acceptable, the spike get me, ok, but I reenter 3378, the spike rejection of the original primary resist
Note the 2 fences I posted prior to entry, she just holding under 2nd fence now, if this fence hold and swissy can get and hold above march open, I will harvest big time, risk to reward was acceptable and warranted defending for me bro.
She get my stop by 5. 002 pip

I attach eu prior to entry and now.

All other trades doing nicely with no risk and little green pip banked, original eu sl that was stopped, recovered so I pretty happy

Second: it won't work. You can't have multiple countries use one single currency just for the sake of fair pricing and unit measurement.
Just look at the Euro, those are 16 countries already having immense trouble using a single homogenous currency...and you think a world filled...

I hope your not being serious. That argument might work in the 1800's, even the early 1900's but not 1970/80's. We had a good communications network, obviously not as good as today, but it got information around.

The TV was being mass produced in the 1930's. That alone refutes your statement.

The Chinese can not get enough of USD. Europes debt is just as bad as the US (10 Tril Euro's, I believe). Inflation (printing money) makes it a lot easier to pay off the debts. Its the media that has the public against it. And, before you complain about the US printing money, look at what China is doing. Our Sec. of State had to call China out because they were devaluing there currency (ie. printing money). Look at China's inflation rate compared to the US.
