Where you see the green arrows on my chart is what I am watching for. I would be watching for longs outside of the parity level. So anything in the box now is not something I will watch for. It's only at the outer level of my box and trendline running through the brn)

That big blue box is part of the pivot created at the parity level. Its not that I am not worried but with the current pattern forming it holds more weight for me and I would work from there. So my short term focus is all on the current wedging of price under parity. We could very well continue to squeeze up before a breakout long OR short. For now the longs are much better for me to play cause the upper area is very clear and has a ton of confluence. I will shift my pattern as new information comes in

I was referring the massive chop above the 1.0100 area , last time price was there . Will be monitoring this one closely

I bought Wheat today when the markets open, only at half my risk because CFD's is new to Oanda, so i was having a little play, nice simple trade here BUOB at the swing low closing above 150ema aiming for the $6.70 area which is also where 365ema is coming across to which is nearly pretty much met

Here we go Pinbar . .
Is it an A+ PB? No. Not at a deep swing High, in Consolidation. Limited Space. The Size is not bad . . .
It being in consolidation, this Daily PB has some work to do. The 1st previous bar high is key, getting through that and have it work with us . .as Resistance . .will help the cause . .
Also we may retrace up to the Daily HCR level . .we'll watch that as well.

TON of questions on the usd/cad pinbar. Here is how I have been and am watching this chart. We nearly had a breakout on friday. I even had an order in but it was never picked up as we fell back into the box of consolidation. I am...
I read your bias is Long on usd cad?, My bias was just the opposite!!!, (rookiness, i think). I was looking for any signal to go short, even if we were getting in the box again, trying to catch a runner to the downside.
My reason is the previous giant wedge that broke to the downside, i think it is now acting like some kind of resistance, isn't it?
Once a pattern occurs, do you still take it into consideration, or just erase it and move forward? I havent erased that giant wedge on my mind (neither on my chart, lol), and that is why i am looking to short this thing anyway i can.
Tried the Jaroo TT with an awesome 5 pip profit, and tried to use his level again to short this pinbar, but wasnt trigered. This isnt my pair, i cant find it friendly at all, lol!!!
