First of all, I'm very thankful for james16 and many others helping explain price action in that thread. It's an awesome and refreshing experience for me. Now, I want to learn more about price action. Can anyone recommend me books or preferably some sort of online encyclopedia.

Last question, I had this Candlestick Charting Techniques by Steven Nison, havent read it yet, but is this sort of related to price action? I know its slightly different in terms of presentation in james' thread where he uses bars instead of candles... so I'm a bit unsure if the techniques are still applicable or even the same.

Did you ever tried the private forum section? In the PF section there is more material than the public side. You can try it
Price action and candlestick formations uses the same concept: chart patterns

You can try: Encyclopedia of Chart Patterns by Thomas N. Bulkowski

Bulkowski also runs a website with a summary of his chart patterns:

You can quit and they won't care, but you will always know.

Thank you for all the responses, will check them out one by one.

Thinking about PF, but I feel I'm not ready yet. I prefer to do it on my own first before interacting in such high level conversation.

There is much more to Price Action reading than simply candle stick formations. Try to research a bit on price pattern breakouts around levels of significant support/resistance.
