Hey guys, this is my first post! I've been a lurker on here for a few weeks and decided to join. I'm 23 started a $200 dollar micro account with mbtrading, since this was the most i could afford.

I've been demo trading a few months and have always been reading about forex since I was about 18. So far my $200 account is down to $105 hahha.
I just need to learn to follow the trend and to find out when a trend starts.

Since this is the only currency pair I trade you guys will be seeing me a lot.

I have built a nice position kiwi and aussie 2 scalp fills eu, 1 swissy, nothing major, only last fill kiwi with risk, now is waiting time for me.


All ladies except geppy below this weeks open, if she hold I be ok, if not have to do all over again all testing right now, eu only one to pop thru a little, waiting waiting

not necessarily .. I can put in trades with 10 pip stops targeting 1000 pips all day long, but it does not mean much. When you put in a smaller tp, you have to consider the probability of hitting a target. now lets put it this way. lets say we are at 3.30 and probability of going to 3.0 is 80% and probability of going to 4 is 20% .. when you consider that, he is getting a deal . to complete this, he could consider 4 as his point where the trade is invalidated and the sell at 3.3 is valid, as the expected value is 3.2. you dont make money by not trading, and the sell at 3.3 would be completely valid as the fair value is 3.2, where he could scale out for the potential target of 3.

you have to consider the technique behind the trading strategy, before you can even incorporate risk/reward strategy. does not matter if you risk one big trade or hundreds of small ones.

edit: one great example is a dustbin trader here on ff. he continuously risks 20 pips for 12 pip tp. He is one of the most successful traders here. His strategy and constant hits is what makes him successful. by having your tp closer and sl further, you change up the percentages dramatically.

Maybe 1.3242 for your tp. Right at the Daily Pivot. GL

thanks pivot is aproching currently i think i might go for 1.3296 for 40 pips instead. btw .3292 might be next support
