Hi loveevery1.
First of all let me thank you for sharing this nice simple system. I bumped into this thread only today and managed to read it in a few hours, then decided to apply it live (on a demo of course) and that's some trades I took. I just closed them as a basket but there's a chance they will run longer, although London close is near and it's Friday. The reason why I'm posting them is mainly to ask you to check and confirm my entries. I have the feeling I will backtesting it to death this weekend LOL Thanks again and may the pips be with...

Hello mate..welcome to the thread. The entried that you have marked is based on the DEAN MALONE entry.it still works.but the way i have described for this system is little different.

YOu will have to the take the cross when its above the yellow on the tdi and the price should be above the 200ema for buy and vis versa

Hi loveevery!
Thank you for this great thread, the best I have seen on this forum: simple, efficient and not boring. You have not to stay for hours in front of your PC.
I don't understand why you said to alright "there were no proper setups according to the rules". At least on the two first charts €/$ and £/$ the 10 ema is above the 200 ema and price is above 10. The tdi green line is above the yellow one. Could you tell me, please, what I'm missing? Thank you in advance.

I hope you dont mind me adding my 2c since my very short experience with this system. As I said in my edit, have a look at post #290 and then 292 and 293. It makes it very clear. In a few words, the yellow line needs to be crossed before the red, or at least at the same time. That's why davlo reports a loss 3 posts ago, as that was a proper setup which simply didn't work. Up to loove now...

Just for practising purpose I found this setup which happened yesterday on AJ m15. Red and yellow were crossed at the same time and next bar closed below the 10 ema. Or maybe the red line still needs to be below the yellow? I'm not sure now. It was good for 45 pips before retracing.

Is that a cross buddy?,, its hardly visible.looks like a bounce trade to me.after some many setups i see a fail trade.its a part of forex anyway...good that you noted it.

Hi jeff welcome to the thread.

The best thing about this system is you dont have to keep your eyes fixed all day to the computer even after taking a trade you can let it run and leave the computer..lol

i see there was one setup at 10.30 my chat time.i was typing that it could blow through.and it did when i was typing it.i have missed setups coz of this thread.lol.

I suggest all the newbies to wait for the cross above yellow line mate.
i have already posted few charts based on that.once after u become an expert you can trade without any indicators.just the candlestick will do.there are few setups for advanced traders..they could have taken the bounce off the 200ema.i prefer not to discuss that now as it will confuse newbies.they will leave this setup what has been discussed and they will try to take this one and they get no where...

thats why im not posting charts or discussing other setups right now my friend.

for now : Just wait for the cross above the yellow line.just by following this will teach us DISCIPLINE AND PATIENCE. WE DIE WITHOUT THESE IN THIS BUSINESS

Good morning, yes my trade had a proper setup but your right probably could have waited for a deeper slope, on your example chart we would also keep in mind the EMAs, great system. The MTF indicator i use shows me when there is a cross in the TDI thats why i went with the move but the slope could have been better but i have had similar slopes with pretty good success. i attached the indocator if anyone is interested

Alright, do you wait till the candle closes or just put a buy stop there with a 20 pips SL?

What is the point when you say now I'm out and closing the trade?
one day you grab 20 other 57 other maybe 100. but what is the exact exit point as many traders will fail on exiting the position.

Do you enter pureley on the green crossing the yellow one or do you wait for confirmation from the red line as well?

thanks.

Hi

I am not computer savvy and have been unable to find the program required to open and run the file.mq4 to run the simple trading system. Can you help or advise please?
