would the entry on the open of that bar be valid? The TDI signalled a few candles earlier but the 1st candle to close below the 200 ema was the one marked by a vertical line.

Alright try to take the 1st 2nd or the 3 rd candle ...thats always the best.i wud personally suggest the 1 and 2nd and sometimes 3rd if the candles are not too big.there is no strict rules once if you start learning what the price is doing..

fOLKS there is no 100% system or strategy. what we are tryin to do here is minimise the loss thats all. No indicator is perfect.they will take us to hell hole if you dont know what you are doing.

1st look at the price...think are they buying or selling.what happend to the price in the last 2 candles..were they buyin or selling.how much did they buy. the pulback that you get after few candles are nothing but the profit taking in my opinion.

2nd look at the TDI. its the easy way to know what the price has been doing lately.

you can practice it with any indicator.TDI was fine with me.

i noticed you took the long with the tdi cross below the 50% mark, i thought we went long only if tdi cross happened above 50% mark

Mate..thats the way dean trades.The 50 is not mandatory.But dean would take long trades when the green crosses the 50 mark.so dont worry about it.there will be a day when you will not need anything just the candlestick is all you will need..till then try to read what the TDI is and how it moves...im still not an expert mate.im still learning.lol

It was bounce trade i took.i entered one candle before i knew it was gona shot up from thre..and it did.just little experience in forex i dont i dont i dont recommend these types of trades for someone starting out this strategy

May be i should stop posting these setups trades what say ppl? im all ears

no i dont think you should stop posting these trades, i think we all are learning more and more. I will probably stick to the more conservative approach though of taking longs above the 50% TDI mark and visa versa for the shorts. I appreciate all your doing here.

I agree with davlo, don't stop posting your trades, lovee. We learn more and more from you. For instance, my understanding so far was that the red line should have been beyond the yellow (i.e. in this case above as its a long). You show that's not necessary. So one more lesson learnt

YES. I took this, too. Good entry, good strategy :-)
USDCHF...

The 2 pairs EU and UC

they corralate 90%...one wil give clues to other's movements.

if the price is approaching 200ema on one pair..and if the other confirms the opposite direction.this is indication where the price will move in the next few minutes....im very poor at explaining things folks..ask me if you dont understand.

Took this trade for a quick 10 pips, didnt want to trade short unless TDI crossed green below the yellow line but took a chance, Lovee is this a wise choice? I got out on close of first bar due to not wanting to push it.

Davlo brother ....since you are new to this system...dont every try to go against the trend.

Dont even think of doing that even in your dreams my friend..it will wipe your account in no time.trust me on this.i dont know how long you have been trading.but its not advisable.
