This is from 3-16

Entry off of the Day Fractal Break from 3/13 - ATR(7) was 110pips - TP1 and SL set for 120pips (perious day low for the SL) - entered a pending buy stop on 3/15 which was triggered on the following day. Moved to BE on 3/16 after the NY opening and news move had finished.

No colour change yet on the APB, so possible set up for a pending sell stop below current value of 5ema below 87.80

TDI divergence will usually win out over PA, especially when TDI is moveing dowm from 68 / OB levels

Trade triggered per the pending trade set up based on the tdi divergence

TP1 manually closed at 50 pips - was watching on the H1 (Not normally available and probably not a good idea) and closed out following several slow / possible reversal candles.

TP2 is currently open - running this with a 50pip TS initially - will probably manage this on the H4 chart and look for add-ons

Based purely on S&R, a room of going up for another 50 pips before heading down again.

If you want to go long wait for price to firmly close above 1.3 with a potential of 1.5


Just my thoughts.

Hi - looks more like a stall than an entry point.

Nothing really conclusive on TDI, especially as it is sitting around the mid zone.

The last sets of Highs are all within 30 pips during the last 5 candles and these are sitting below 1.3300, so for a long I would set an entry around 1.3250 with a TP at 1.3475. RSI is still above 50 and moving up.

The closest resistance is at the 200ema so this could also be used as a TP level which will cut your risk/reward fown to a 1:1 with the ATR(7) at 100.

I will leave this one alone - not a AAA set up for me.

This one is adapted from X-Man's thread and is candlestick based.

X-Man has been using the Sonic Channel with lots of success, so worth a look at his thread - his thread is now in the top 15 for total hits - over 1,000,000 to date.

not a pair that I usually trade, but the set up candle forming has possibilities.

for a Friday entry set up, this would be as a pending trade - buy stop above the current day high 8 to 10 pips - looking for the trade to trigger Sunday / Monday.

SL 10 pips below the last fractal low

TP1 set to 2XATR(7) = 2X87 = 174
TP2 left open (0.0000)

One "con" is EMAs and fractal high is 60 pips above around the RN 1.05. May be wait till PA closes above?

Not one of my pairs - however - Looks like it is using the 200ema as support, so taking a break of the Friday high could be a good option - maybe run with TP1 at 1XATR(7)

Current stats for this month are (not pip waving, just to demonstrate that the TMS approach with the associated modifications is alive and working and can be achieved with a couple of hours effort a day - I only enter off of day chart set-ups):

Total trades: 25
Profit: 21 = 84%
Loss: 4
Pips won (Gross Profit): 1011
Pips Lost: 106
Net Gain: 905 pips

Trade Journals

- reasons for entry / exit
- trade plan - key bullets and numbers from the charts
- Concerns for the trades
- Support/Resistance levels

After the trade is closed - summarize what happened
- SL hit
- TP hit
- Any add-ons, etc

If the trade crashed - Lessons Learned

Whether you do this in Excel, hand written notes or whatever, it is a great way to learn and grow in your trading styles and techniques. Just Do It!
I have a powerpoint file that I keep for trade journals - time permitting which is a rotten excuse - example attached.

Here's my thoughts for the possible upcoming set-ups for the week.

EU - looking for this to close above 1.3300 before an entry. RSI already above 50 as is TDI. An observation from X-Man is that once TDI has crossed above 50, the TDI will often continue to slowly bounce higher

AU - large pinbar APB - PA is reversing - If next APB changes to white, possible long entry

NU - Friday's APB was a colour change - looking for a break of the day high

EA - Candlestick for Friday showing possible reversal - strong CCI reversal

EN - same as EA but pinbar APB candle

AU/CHF - candlestick reversal pattern with strong CCI reversal
