No, I disagree. You and I were once noobs too, and I know that I ignored all claims and such things. I looked to see whether I thought the system was feasible or not, and if it seemed good, I would demo it and find out whether the system suited me or not. Most systems did not suit me.....and that is the key.....to find a system that suits.....and no myfxbook is going to tell you that!

I have posted my winning and loosing trades....also all one has to do is READ POST#1 and the trials and you will see the account balance go up and down as good and bad trades are made....the whole point is that the account continues to rise because of consistance of method means I am winning more than loosing...why...STRUCTURE! The tools are important...yes but the STRUCTURE of the strategy..entry, exit, money management, dynamic stoploss, ARS....that all make up Symphonie. To just concentrate on the indikators is maddness and a route to absolute failure.

Symphonie is MUCH MORE than that! It is a total system to help one develop good trading habits by putting some structure to how one trades!

That is the value that I am passing on here!

Agreed...maybe... However, that it has proven itself there is no longer a need to continue to waste my time and have to keep and maintain a thread account. It is alot of work and I prefer to use my resources on my wealth creation now. So do not look for me to do any more work because there is no more I can say that I have not already said or proven.

I think I should clarify things. I was not talking about you. you have already prove that your system works and it is not necessary to do more. that's why I agree when you stopped posting your results.
I was talking about the others. those who implement your system and succeed. Why discourage them from posting their results if they wish. there is nothing wrong with that. this is all I said.
I do not want realjumper or ohammond to post their results if they do not want. I respect that. there is no obligation.
but if others want to do it, why not?
when pip26 posted its results a few weeks ago, I find it interresting to see his progress and I'm happy for him.
same when daytrader74 posted his myfxbook. it is interesting and I'm happy for him too.
it does not help me but it's encouraging to see the progress of others

Thanks....that is clear. If others want to post their results then I am all for it. I do like to see charts when they do it though....that is the educational part that I would like to see with the follow up to show the entire trade versus just some fxbook numbers. (example see my trade on post #1719)

That is just one of many many examples (of my posts) that I am taking about where people need to read the thread and not rely on others for signals. I think something like this post is more educational.

Look, it works, but it works differently for everyone because the strategy evolved and everyone is trading differently. One is trading M5, some M15, others H1, some using stoch, others use arrows, some think they see future (sorry Yelena, I'm still laughing, LOL), and on top of these everyone is using different exit strategies. So a lot of discretions here and there. Therefore, even if I show you my trades in a journal, you won't be able to gain confidence in the system when such discretions are in place.

All newcomers, please print following Olivia's words and read a few times everyday. This is the key to success:

Nothing will build up a positive mindset than consistently winning for yourself. Just because I can do it, does not mean everyone can, it may not suit them at all.

If the strategy suits you, then either demo (I don't believe in demos, btw, because 80% of trading is related to psychology, IMO, and there is no psychology component of trading in demo) or trade live with a minimum trade size to get a feel for it. If you get consistent positive results which help building confidence in the strategy, then you may continue trading.

I agree with Evaluator.
Much better than a photo where you highlight the entry and exit.
Much better than reading numbers.
Evaluator also comments on the photo ever.

I would add a consideration for Eval I recognize the merit of the entire system.
I read the Post 1 TF 5 Vaie with exit strategies, etc. ...

Then I read the long post also TF 15, who uses the arrow in the direction of H1 and then finally the method 60-5

All are valid and the facts prove it, but what can I use to choose a parameter rather than another?

That one is one you will have to work out. It is really a matter of preference and customization to your trading style. How you choose to trade is really up to you. Are you wanting to trade in only 5 min and be on the screen all the time or trade 1 hour and have less trades but much less stress. The choice of method or variation in using Symphonie is really up to you. The System is flexible and how you wish to use it is up to you. The key is to stay grounded in the Structure of Symphonie and obey the rules.....

Wow,
some kind of long talk. If u want to use the system please try it, change it to fit u then prove for yourself.
i know of a successful trader that just uses MA but that's not for me. So even if 99.9% of all the people that use symphony win, that wont stop the 0.1% from losing. If i told u that I have made 2000 pips in 3 days, that won't help you know when to enter and exit the markets. Believe me all of us using this system are still fine tuning it and if I am to show my results to you that wont help.
Usually people that want to sell their system will show previous performances and results but that does not necessarily help in taking the next trade. If someone wants to post their performances, that's up to them.
For now lets move the thread away from this direction and get to say things updated indicators here, 20pips EJ etc.
Let us stop the fighting that might eventually kill this thread especially since all of us want it to be here.

yes, i agree too. this kind of post is educational, but provides as a signal service too. fxbook is not only numbers. it is also analysis. i see where entry and exit is too. where i partial close and so on.
the educational part beginns if we talk about trades done at the moment or end of day. so we collect them and everyone who likes to provide them could post his link.

@blackeagle: i agree too, but we talk about symphony and evaluator shows his results only with symphony indiactor signals. there is no coloumn written: 'You have to learn elliotwave-theory to successful trading symphony'.
to track a thread account with myfxbook is the simplest and easy task ever. there is no extra work involved after you register an account.

And to comment Olivias post: We can trade together or alone. Yes every trader has to make his own decisions and trade alone, but we could provide each others experiences and analyse the trades to build up a positive mindset. Or why exist teachers? Should our children learn alone to read, write and the math. it is possible, but together in a class or community it is better.

if i like to visit a webinar about trading i firstly want to see a track record. then i believe the teacher knows about what he speaks.

@realjumper: if you read my whole post, than you could see why it will help. only to post a trade will not help. but speak about that trades will help. how i feel when i opened it and why i closed it. this is contrary because i only have to follow strictly the rule and i will get prosper, but this will not work. because if i will do this with an EA it will not work in the long run. and why? because this system is not only mechanical. it is also a discretioonary part involved. it is not only the MM which make this system profitable. it is only the trademanagement and the own psychology involved.

in very rare examples someone postet a negative trade and to say: not every system gives 100% winning trades would not help a lot this guy. he's lost and
lost confidence too. better is to encourage.
someone said, why everyone post his results here. i agree. With this form of result posting will not help.
maybe i think too much as a teacher and this would be my claim if i provide a system: transparent orders, analysing realtime at end of day/week, explain why i took this and that trade or why i leave this signal and how important encouraging is to build up a positive mindset, which is so so much important.

please don't missunderstand me and don't take it too personal. i'm not the best speaker in english and better in teaching in germany and this was spoken general topic.

so this was my opinion about that and i stop talking offtopic.

all i can quote is evaluator: stick to the rules at post #1 and you will become prosper. (if this could be so easy we all will be millionairs, but there is a grey mass between our ears which breaks the rules). hihi

UJ 82.89 - 82.83 TP1 = 6 pips
EJ 109.13-108.97 TP1 = 16 pips
total = 22 pips
137+22 = 159.. lol
