EU and Market Comment:

This is just a statement of opinion.

Regarding the market, AU/EU/GU etc., based on higher TF trends the USD is strengthening. It is not doing so in an overwhelming way, though. It is more like the market is relinquishing to a strengthening dollar in a very reluctant manner, making anti-USD moves at every opportunity. This, in turn, suggests that big players are overloaded with anti-USD positions from well over a year of euro pumping and dollar slamming. They cannot simply reverse these positions. The big players need suckers to go anti-USD so they can offload their positions and build on the reverse side (USD strength) for the future. This is why the market repeatedly has so much whipping against USD; to draw suckers in.

This state of affairs provides trading opportunities in both directions. There is no "right" or "wrong" side of PA that a trade can be on, because it is simply a matter of time before one side is back ahead of the other again (within reason, of course).

For example, look at the M30 condensed view. Recent mulitple drives up have countered the previous slide down. PA is where it was two weeks back. And during the interim, lots of opportunities were created by the big players to offload anti-USD positions and add pro-USD positions. The whips up must certainly have encouraged traders to come in on the anti-USD side, enabling the big players to carry out their plans following each whip up.

Specifically on EU now, the move up to the top TL is a big one from where PA stands currently, probably in the 1.3400 area could be a hit, based on time and past PA cycles. However, PA fell thru the lower TL today which shows increasing weakness in spite of the fact the big players recovered it with another whip back up. PA might not achieve the upper TL, and instead break the lower TL again, possibly followed by a move back up to the lower TL area, and then begin some serious downside.

I am not predicting, just pointing out possibilities. Each day the "market decides" what will be, which is just another way of acknowledging that the big players in the market daily move prices according to their own desires for profit, and not necessarily according to fundamentals and technicals.

None of us know which way PA will move from day to day. We can only wait and see if the conditions for a trade come into place. But if anyone were looking for technical "signs" other than what we need for a SonicR setup (in either direction), keeping an eye on EU PA around this lower TL might be of some value. However, even that is hard to put too much confidence in, the way the big players have taken to whipping the market.

I just want to point out to a few people that a "hammer" candle can only happen at the bottom of a downward move. They do not happen just anywhere on a chart, I seen someone else point one out incorrectly a few pages back so thought that someone should point this out so new people here are not getting confused or mislead.

If a candle that looks like a "hammer" happens after a move upward, it is potentially a "hanging man" candle, which is bearish, it does need confirmation however (next candle closes below it). Hammer candles (at the bottom) also need confirmation after a move downward, which is the next candle closing above it.

Dollar index seems to rise more and more, I bought all indexes 2 days ago on demo and looks like the most profitable is usd index.

I see some weakness in d1.. Too,,
It may be t start of trend reversal But could be resting if trend before it continue as well..

Let t mkt decide..As for my W1, am bullish and my Tp1 is even hit..

Nando, I am sorry to see you leave, just as I was sorry to see you wander away from Sonic R. If you are no longer trading per the Sonic R. System, and even trading using something proprietary that cannot be freely shared on this thread, then it is proper and fitting that you not post your trades here.

I am going to consider that your statement about leaving because others have left is just frustration on your part. It has nothing to do with that, and you know it. Neither does it have anything to do with "taking the opposite" as you put it, whatever that means. I am doing all I can to keep this thread on the Sonic R. System track. I have been here longer and labored harder for the purpose of this thread than anyone else on this thread has. And that is a fact. This is the Sonic R. System thread. This is not the EURUSD thread, or any other thread where traders are invited to post any trading method they please. You are a trader, Nando. Sonicdeejay is a trader and a helper. Should you ever become a helper like Sonicdeejay and start your own thread of your own method, you will come to see things differently when people start posting other methods on your thread where you are trying to help the traders that are there to learn your method.

Do stop in from time to time and say "Hello" to us here, and let us know how you are doing. I've always felt you are a good person, Nando, and I wish you well.

Nice little system and not unlike what I already play with...

I have added a Color Change Candle to let me know when the EMAs cross and have applied this to a scalpers chart.

Using an EMA 5 as trigger on the 35EMA cross gives me the distance on an M1 chart for triggering. Using the 25 EMA gives me the slope direction, or what would be the 5 EMA on M5 chart. Colors give a little clearer direction and I have been working this into a Scalper Auto trader...

Distance on slope and color change with price Above the 35 EMA on M5 chart or the 175s on M1...meh, maybe works out, maybe just another something to play with.

Thought I would drop a quick line and say thanks for simplicity.

Sonic, look at the major USD pairs, AU, EU, GU, UChf, etc. They all have exceptional trading activity in the early asian session. This activity, on all of them, is pushing prices against the dollar, hence AU, EU and GU are moved up and UChf is moved down. And the highest activity within the exceptional activity is at the extremes of the pushing. To me, it looks like liquidity creation of an exceptional nature. If so, then we are going to see reversals this week, maybe later today it will start because there are more redline USD releases today. That could be the trigger. I don't know, but it is on that basis that I entered the SC trade. I don't concern myself with picking the top, just with participating with the big players. Bigger players might move these some more come FO/LO, but because there is the chance this could be "top enough", I went for it. If this does not play out, it is just a matter of time before it does. I might be a day early, a week early, a month early,....been there before. So, let's see what the market decides. You and I know that your SC trade is higher risk than classic Sonic R., which I have accepted in this case.
