Found this when I Googled Alex Gerchick.....

OMG I know him. He used to run LLC groups at Worldco & Hold. He acted like the biggest hotshot ever back in the days when a monkey could make big dollars.

He had one strategy, which involved him putting in orders pre-open, something that took him an extraordinary long time to do, god only knows why. He did not seem retarded, but when it came to that, he sure acted like it.

Once the daytrading landscape got more competitive, around 2004-2005, he basically ended up just running LLC groups & collecting commission overrides.

Bottom line, he does not really know how to trade, he caught the good times and then had to resort to being a salesman. The fact that he is selling snakeoil seminars should have been a big hint that he is full of shit.

I don't like NY. All this noise, crazy people, dust and rats. I wanna go to Thailand this year, and that is gonna be disaster for me as usual, i want to stay on the beach with pinacolada, and that is it, in peace and quite, but my wife wants to "see culture", last trip to Greece was horrible, i had only one hour a day on the beach, after all day excursions. I took her once in to the jungle, no culture, nothing, only beach, yes sure, she found hiking, horse riding, and other stuff to do

Yes he caught good times, but he is not bad trader, he had that ability to see the market, i don't know how, every day he had 100 stocks on opening, and closing most in profit, and other with lil loss

Yes, sure, in stocks you need to know your portfolio, and it is only way to make money, i moved away from stocks, but i have a friend with good portfolio, he told me to buy in January AAPL, i bought for 406, and I sold it this month for 544. You have to know every detail of your business in order to make money.

The scenario looks eerily similar to yesterday. It looks like a valid SonicR short set up, but i did not trust it, which is rare; because i usually 'act' before thinking. Now i Think before i act and i was right, no losses today.. Yet

Once the ranging finishes, then there could be a big break out. Or it can just range all day. Ill have to wait until volume picks up for it to determine where it might go....

One possible option, if it goes south, would be the area of 1.3150 area, expect heavy volume within the next 5 hours (my guess).

Im sure not every setup will fall like a tree like nzd or aud just did. But if u play by the rule seems like a winner. Love the fibbonaci levels. Qqe great for divergence

After reading over 60pages just now of the most recent posts you can clearly outline the traders who do not pay full attention to what Sonic and his partner say and teach. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and losing their own money but Sonic and TraderatHome certainly know what they are talking about otherwise they wouldn't have several thousand pages of posts on their post.
