Tweezer/hangman type candle (not really a true one) on GU after failing to make a high on H1, will watch pa for possible short here.

Yes, but the dow's very strong today, so a lot of dollar weakness.

The next hourly close is important. If we close under 15900 (a pin here would be a beauty) it will be a good indication of bear strength, but with a powerful dow we'll have to wait and see.

Good point, have to say I dont have a dow chart on but the EU short would have got me to risk free, oh well, wait for the next one. Was a nice time of day that as well with the european close profit taking after the move up.

Well that last hourly close was at 159015 on my feed- indecisive, but did close below the wick two candles before it. 1hr and 15min chart below.

It was ok but until price breaches at least the 10ema, we need more conf in such an uptrend. You never can tell when another big shove will come out of the blue!

Morning all. Just took a quick short on Aussie, 15 min chart below, taken on the red arrow candle after tweezer tops, taking half off at the trendline here and have moved stop quite tight to above last highs and the 35/50ema, so it's a free trade now. Nice start to the morning.
Edit: arrow not showing, entry was in the penultimate red candle

Nice start to the day! my thinking is bullish on EU but the ma's are a bit flat just now, might have a chance to play a bit of a range on the M15.

Yes, Euro could well be bullish today, looking at EURGBP's daily chart, there could be quite a move against the GBP- whether that means EUR strength or GBP weakness, I can't say, but it's worth considering.

Watch area on GU. PPA line, bottom of chanel, 61.8% fib retracement, supply, monthly pivot etc etc
