Did anybody else get a big downward spike @ 1:24 A.M. (est)?

Went from aprox. 0.9890 to around 0.9857 in under 1 minute then right back up to 0.9890.

Hardly ever see that on my platform, at any time of the day.

Kind of strange.

I took a look at the other pairs and found they all had a similar spike. Must have been some kind of glitch that lasted for just a few seconds on my end.

You are just about where I am to the Pip. Long 2 lots @ 0.99097 basis.

All my longs with target "parity" in the last few months have always nicely paid off.

I do believe it was back in late 2010 or so where the parity play payed off handsomely for a couple of months. If it got down around 0.9950 go Long. If it got above 1.01 or so, exit, and go short. Back and forth it went. It was a real nice pastern, unfortunately it did not last forever.

I'm long from 0,9925 on USDCAD. Now I think it wasn't best entry price.

KillerWhale, how do you think, will we get 1,0 target today?

I took a trade with USD/CAD this morning (BUY) thinking that the price will continue to go up after a bounce off the Daily Pivot Line, and from the good news:

Unemployment Claims (Current: 351, Forecast: 357, Previous: 362)
Core PPI (Current: 0.2%, Forecast: 0.2%, Previous: 0.4%)
Empire State Manufacturing Index (Current: 20.2, Forecast: 17.6, Previous: 19.5)

PA = hard to see because there is hardly room for it.
Of course everyone has his own preferences and maybe it works for for you, but it is sure not necessary to get all the right information.

About UCAD itself, I closed it for now. It takes too long to get to 1.0.
EU is holding it back. I'll do some new analysis over the weekend and will probably enter a long again next week.

I know. I say the same thing when I look at that chart. But you would happy to know that is only one screen, and that the other screen is way less crowded and more geared toward spotting PA.

The reason I have so many is that I would like to catch any sort of divergence. They all don`t have to match (wouldn`t get any trades that way), but I do like to know what every major indicator has to say on the matter.

I`m actually thinking of bring it down to MACD, CCI, and RSI, since those seem to be the best indicators for spotting divergence.

In your experience, which indicator did you find worked the best for divergence?

6) Usd/Cad - Weekly View - 19-23rd of March - 4 hours Chart in analogy with 20 Pips Range Bars Charts:

Bearish Probability, under 0.988(Weekly S1 Pivot), price could fall to reach first 0.984 (Weekly S2 Pivot) and then continue sideways for a few days between 0.984-0.988. There is a stronger bearish probability to break the Weekly S2 Pivot and reach the 0.980 area (Monthly S1 Pivot confluence with the Weekly S3 Pivot)

Bullish Probability, if the price will find support around 0.988(Weekly S1 Pivot), and it will turn bullish above 0.991-0.993 Key area (Key confluence between Monthly Main Pivot , Weekly Main Pivot, and 30 and furture confluence with 100 SMA), it will move upside to 0.995(Weekly R1 Pivot, key confluence with 200 SMA on the 4 Hours chart), and continue further upside to reach 0.998(Weekly S2 Pivot) and finally 1.001(confluence between Monthly R1 Pivot and Weekly R3 Pivot)
