Why do u want to get involved in legal action? expensive and futile.

If you really want to stay with this broker, open accounts with friends , relatives not withsame surname etc etc.

did they give all of your profit ? . lucky you got your money back , MM brokers usually don't like people who make money , find STP /ECN brokers. if you have open account via nz office file a compliment @ (before doing anything make sure money in your bank account)

if u are refering to my risk account it was not closed. by the way it is at $945 from the initial start up capital of $225. Take note that this risk account is less than 14 days old. my main account reads above $12k. on the broker i understand we are not allowed to mention names here.

BTW what exactly was the inside information that you were using on a $12k account that was moving a trillion$ market ?

Market is waiting to see what London Boys do. If London takes it higher tonight, 1.3500 is not out of question this week. But if London takes it down, we will have to see how far it dives in this one session. Bears are weaker unless they reclaim their lost territory of 1.3159-76.

However, my immediate focus is where it would be at London Open tonight 1.3250 or 1.3225, can't be anything else.

lol. what inside info? they are a bunch of nitwits. just that i was using leverage 1:500. i take only sure banker trades and have yet to loss a single trade since i opened the account 4 months ago. each trade i take i divide my entire account into 50pips and put my t.p at 10 pips. just 4-5 trades a day.

See it from your brokers point of view:
If you are using leverage 1:500 you are supposed to lose, not to win.
You are supposed to wipe out your account, then replenish it, and wipe it out again. Preferably a few times each day.

Cannot decide whether its a correction or pa is trying to get free from this trend.

Time will tell. The best strategy for me is to wait until (and if) it gets closer to 1.3159 and long for few pips.
